Lister
What's new
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1.1.7 Scan mode and share cards
October 2026
- Scan mode (Lister Pro): check a whole rack. Snap an item, type the tag price, and the camera is back for the next one while it's checked. Answers stack up as they land.
- One tap at the end puts every Buy into your haul, with what you paid.
- Share a find: the share button on a Worth it? answer makes a picture of the item with its verdict, price and estimated profit, sized for stories.
- Recent checks keeps your last 50.
1.1.6 Profit and tax records
October 2026
- Tap the numbers at the top of Inventory to open Profit: what you made this month, last month, this year, last year or all time, after fees and what you paid.
- The numbers behind it: items sold, gross sales, fees, cost of goods, average profit per sale, average days to sell and sell-through.
- Your year by month, and your best marketplaces by profit.
- Tax records (Lister Pro): every sale in a year as a spreadsheet (CSV) with the year's totals, ready for you or your tax preparer.
- Marking an item sold or listed now ends with a quick note of what you made or where it went.
- Inventory: sorting is one button, and the Draft filter shows how many drafts are waiting.
- OfferUp shows no seller fee: it is local pickup only since October 2025.
- Clearer paywall wording, and the example on Worth it? is clearly marked as a sample.
1.1.5 Worth it? comes first
October 2026
- Worth it? is now the first tab: snap a thrift find and see your profit after fees before you pay.
- Where it sells best: the likely price, the fee and your profit on each marketplace, best first.
- Fast sale, Likely or Top price: see how your profit and the wait change.
- Free trials now show exactly what happens when: full access today, a reminder before it ends, then the price.
- A new look, our own photos, and a little tag who says hi.
1.1.4 Your haul
October 2026
- Worth it? now has "Bought it": your haul adds up what you paid and the expected profit, and Lister Pro writes every listing in one tap with your cost already filled in.
- Your rules: set the minimum profit a flip must clear (Account › Worth it?), and the verdict uses the marketplaces you actually sell on.
- "Check sold comps" on every price check.
- Everything in Lister now runs on one AI (Google Gemini): listings, price checks and support answers.
- Email us at support@getlister.app; replies come back to your inbox.
- Old versions are asked to update when a release changes how Lister works.
1.1.3 Sharper reads
October 2026
- A new AI model reads tags, brands and flaws more accurately, so listings need fewer fixes.
- Verification and password-reset emails now come from getlister.app, so they land in your inbox, not spam.
- The save-your-account reminder also shows when you come back to the app.
- One brand green everywhere.
1.1.2 Worth it?
October 2026
- Worth it? Snap an item before you buy it and see what it resells for, the fees, your profit and a Buy / Maybe / Pass.
- Posting guides for OfferUp, Craigslist, Nextdoor and Etsy, plus a Buy Nothing gift post.
- Reminders when a draft isn't posted or a listing hasn't sold.
- Clearer progress and cleaner layouts.
1.1.1 Price with proof
October 2026
- Three prices to pick from (sell fast, likely, top), each with how long it should take to sell, based on how much demand there is for that exact item.
- How sure Lister is and why, what the item costs new, what you keep after each marketplace's fees, and a one-tap check of sold listings in your browser.
- When the price isn't certain, Lister says which photo would pin it down. Add it and the listing is rewritten.
- Listings come back in about half the time.
- Lister says which marketplace to list on first and why.
- eBay listings set up the way listings that sell are: Best Offer with automatic accept and decline (one tap to turn off), 30-day free returns as the default, and the flaws shown under the condition grade.
- Lister flags photos that would hold a listing back.
1.1 List faster, sell everywhere
October 2026
- Back-to-back listing (Pro): tap "Write it & snap the next one" and shoot the next item while the last one is written.
- New posting guides for Facebook Marketplace, Vinted and Grailed, with each one's condition wording and fee estimate.
- Sold on eBay: Inventory spots items that sold on eBay and helps you record the sale and take them down everywhere else.
- Export your inventory and profit as a spreadsheet (CSV) from Inventory.
- A cleaner listing screen: one review card, Publish to eBay as the main button, and details a tap away.
- Photo tips: shoot the item off the body, on a plain background.
1.0 First release
September 2026
- Photo in, listing out: a title buyers search for, description, category, condition, tags and a price range from up to four photos, with every visible flaw disclosed.
- Works for clothing, shoes, bags, electronics and home items.
- Posting guides for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Depop, in the order each one asks.
- Publish to eBay in one tap, and end the eBay listing when the item sells somewhere else.
- Inventory with sold prices, fees, costs and profit, plus a reminder to take sold items down elsewhere.
- Start without signing in, and save your account whenever you like.
- Photo backup, so your listings follow you to a new phone.
- Support built into the app: Account › Support.
