Common questions
How do I turn Lister AI on or off?
In the app, go to Account › Privacy › Lister AI. Lister AI is what writes your listings from photos. With it off, Lister can't write new listings. Your existing listings aren't affected.
Pro isn't showing after I reinstalled. How do I restore it?
Go to Account › Restore purchases. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same App Store account you subscribed with.
I got a new phone. How do I get my listings back?
If you saved your account, open Lister on the new phone, tap "I already have an account" and sign in the same way you did before. If you never saved your account, your listings can't be moved, so save it first on your old phone: Account › Save your account.
How does the free trial work?
The yearly plan includes a free trial for eligible new subscribers; the paywall shows how long it is and whether it applies to you before you confirm. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. To cancel, open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Lister. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the App Store, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a limit on listings?
Lister Pro has a fair-use limit of 60 listings an hour, 150 a day and 2,500 in 30 days, which normal resale use won't reach. The details are in our Terms.
How does Worth it? work?
Snap an item before you buy it and type the price on the tag. Lister shows what it resells for, the fees, your profit and a Buy / Maybe / Pass. Your first three price checks are free; after that, Worth it? is part of Lister Pro.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account › Delete account. It permanently removes your account, listings, photo backups and support messages. It doesn't cancel a subscription.
